After about a month of looking at the black and grey colour scheme for my website, I finally grew bored of it and decided to liven it up a small bit. Thankfully as I had designed the site using CSS, there wasn’t much work required to change the layout or the colour.
I decided to get rid of the sidebar containing the external links. It just seemed to be taking up too much real estate, for very little benefit. So I’ve gone back to a single column layout, with a more vibrant colour scheme.
In order to tie the whole site together, I set up a new theme for this blog, and it’s a good bit funkier than the old one. It’s called “Noir et Bleu” by a guy called Logan Donahue. I had decided on the new colours and layout before I came across this theme, so cheers to Logan for doing all the work.
