Amazingly they’ve bagged Randall Munroe as a speaker. If you don’t know who Randall Munroe is, then have a look here.

(BTW, this is one of my favourite Randall Munroe creations. And this one captures the geek/ hacker mentality perfectly, while this one is just laugh out loud funny. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I could link to these all day.)

I’d love to go, but I’m moving house this weekend and I don’t have the time to give up a full day.

The full speaker line up can be found on the official Skycon website, and entry for the day is just €5. That’s €5 to meet Randall Munroe, how could you not go?
